There's a cheaper alternative to itunesgiftcard.biz. LBWave (http://lbwave.com/) offers much cheaper prices, and in fact the cheapest I have seen. USD$55 for a 100 dollars gift cert, or USD110 for 200 dollars gift cert. I haven't had any problems buying from them or using the certificates. :) Good post.
