Ok I just called SingTel. Incoming calls are still free all day, the Voice credit is for outgoing calls, as per normal.

I just checked SingTel’s price plans. The Voice credit is for incoming calls? They don’t offer all day free incoming calls? Any free mins for outgoing calls then?

Also, I think Singtel comes with free caller ID but M1 does not. Not sure about Starhub. So your 2 yr cost must include the caller ID fees too.

I think the calculation for the “Total cost over 2 yrs” is not correct. For example, SingTel’s iFlexi Lite plan for the iPhone 4 32GB model should be (39 × 24) + 620 = $1,556
